Katrinna Dewitz began working in 2021 at Mountain Community School for our After-school program Sunset. She has a son in 7th grade as well as a stepson in the 3rd grade. She is originally from Miami Fl. and earned her Associates in Early Childhood Education from Miami Dade College. She has a bachelors degree in Human Services from Greenville Technical college where she worked for 10yrs as an Academic Advisor. She also has experience in the medical field as a former certified nurse assistant. She loves working with children and believes that all children need people, or at least one person who believes in them, cares for them and wants to support them as learners. She enjoys spending time outdoors preferably by the water while listening to music and snacking.
